DRAFT — needs Carter's legal review

TrustedNetworx Partner Hub

Terms of Service

These draft terms describe the responsibilities that apply when an organization accesses and uses Partner Hub.

Last updated September 28, 2026

Authorized use

Partner Hub is provided to organizations and users authorized by TrustedNetworx. You must use the service only for legitimate business purposes, keep credentials secure, and follow the access and approval policies established by your organization.

Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate registration and administrator information.
  • Assign access only to users who need it and promptly remove access that is no longer required.
  • Review agent actions and approval requests before authorizing consequential work.
  • Use connected services, including Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, in accordance with their terms and applicable law.

AI-assisted features

Agent and assistant output may be incomplete or incorrect. Users remain responsible for reviewing output and for decisions or communications made through Partner Hub. Approval controls are provided to support that review and must not be bypassed.

Connected services

Features that connect to third-party services, including Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, depend on those services and on the permissions granted by a customer administrator. A customer may disconnect or revoke an integration. Some Partner Hub features may stop working when access is revoked or a third-party service is unavailable.

Security and prohibited activity

You may not attempt to access another tenant, defeat rate limits or approval controls, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, introduce malicious code, or use Partner Hub to violate law or another person's rights.

Availability and changes

TrustedNetworx may maintain, update, or modify Partner Hub as the service evolves. Availability can be affected by maintenance, connected providers, or events outside TrustedNetworx's control. Material contractual commitments belong in the customer's signed agreement.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended to protect customers, investigate misuse, respond to legal requirements, or address a material violation. When service ends, access stops and data is handled under the applicable agreement and privacy policy.

Contact and governing agreement

Questions about these terms should be directed to your TrustedNetworx representative. Privacy questions and deletion requests may be sent to privacy@trustednetworx.com. If these terms conflict with a signed customer agreement, the signed agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.
